The buyer is to apply for allotment of Apartment in the application form along with Booking Money of minimum TK. 5,00,000/- (Five Lac Taka) only. The buyer has to pay minimum 30% of Apartment value within 30 days of proving booking money to receive allotment letter. The balance amount should be paid by installments as agreed upon. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.


Allotment will be made on first come first serve basis. The company will execute an agreement with the buyer after receiving the earnest money.

Allotment Preference

Buyer willing to make one-time full payment will be given preference and special discount will be provided for them after discussion and discretion of the management.


All payments are to be made by account payee cheque /pay order/bank draft/cash in the name of “Mohammadi Homes Ltd”.  The buyer must strictly adhere to the schedule of payment in installments to ensure timely completion of the construction work.

Company Rights

The company reserves the right to accept or reject the application for an allotment. The company may change the design and specification of the project for over all interest of the buyers or due to unavoidable circumstances.


The company will hand over the apartment on completion and after 3 months of full payment by the buyer. The buyer will bear all costs relating to registration. The registration will be provided after 3 months of payment of full registration expense including vat (if any) and other charges, admissible by the Government authority.

Owners Co-operative Society

The buyer must undertake to become a member of the owner’s co-operative society which will be formed by the flat owners of the apartment and will be duly registered under the co-operative society act 1940 for the management of the common services such as lift, security maintenance of the building etc. The allottees, after full payment of dues, will elect among themselves a Board of Management for managing the general affairs in the common interest. For special / condominium / large / resort city projects, the company will form the society with two representatives of the flat owners to serve the interests of the buyers. Each buyer shall deposit Tk. 50,000 (fifty thousand only) for the reserve fund of the society before taking possession of the apartment.

Bank Loan

Company will facilitate, if possible, to arrange from loan providing agencies but approval of loan shall depend on the bank and the allottee’s eligibility. Allottee shall make all possible payments as per company’s payment schedule irrespective of bank loan.
